Slide to retract cover
To retract the bed cover, apply downward pressure to the two panels behind the cab of the truck.
As the bed cover retracts, guide the tailgate panel to the front. It should glide smoothly.
The tonneau cover retracts into a space of just seven inches at the front of your bed and can be quick-released when needed.
To close the tonneau cover and return it to its secure position, simply pull the attached pull-strap and guide the panels until they’re fully deployed and then close the tailgate.

How to Quick Release the Tonneau
To quick-release the Peragon retractable bed cover, detach the gas springs from both the panels and the ramps on both sides of the bed. On the passenger side of the bed, pull back the cover panels to reveal the quick-release clip, push on the clip and pull the panel assembly back. Then, go over to the driver side continue and make sure the driver side pin comes out of the bracket. Wrap the pull strap around the panels to create a handle and swing the passenger side out first to remove the panels. Panels are removed in less than 30 seconds.
