Rails are extruded from solid aluminum and then CNC-machined to within thousandths of an inch for a perfect fit.
Panel interlocks engage independent panels when cover is deployed for maximum security
Sealed ball-bearing rollers and a solid aluminum track ensure smooth operation every time.
The panels are laser cut from 14 gauge aircraft-grade 5052-H32 aluminum, then formed and reinforced with integral stiffening ribs using a computer-controlled press, providing robust protection from theft and elements.
With six attachment points, Quick Clamps offer an easy-to-install, strong and flexible installation method. Alternatively, some models mount directly to the truck without need for any clamps at all.

From the side, it's hard to see the Peragon cover at all. It blends with the lines of your truck, complementing its design perfectly. The guide rails have a profile of just one inch above the bed, while the panels that make up the cover merge perfectly with the tailgate height. It's a clean design that looks factory-installed.
