At Peragon, security comes standard by combining a high quality key lock with the strength of 100% aluminum panels. An internal shutter and o-ring help block dust and moisture from the lock mechanism.

You do not have to use your key each time you want to open or close your Peragon truck bed cover. The cover is latched closed automatically without the use of a key. This allows you to leave the cover unlocked for faster access.

We chose to leave the tailgate independent for convenience. Covers that lock to the tailgate are a hassle. The hardware they attach to the tailgate is in the way when sliding cargo in or out of your bed. They also require you to open your cover every time you want to lower your tailgate. Many trucks already have locking tailgates and we offer the Pop & Lock tailgate lock for trucks that don't.
