Order Cancellation

We understand life changes and you may find it necessary to cancel your order. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled and the return policy takes effect. If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. While damage is rare, it can happen. If there is minor damage, we may replace the damaged parts or assist you with a repair in order to provide you the fastest solution possible. If the damage is not practical to repair or replace, we will have the item picked up at our expense and ship you a replacement at no cost as soon as it is available.

No Hassle Returns

We strive to provide a quality product that creates satisfied customers. However, we understand our product may not be perfect for everyone. All returns require prior authorization.

New merchandise: Merchandise in new condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and a 20% restocking charge. When an item shipped with Free Shipping is returned or exchanged, the actual shipping cost of $69 (plus any additional charges on the original order for Canada, Alaska or Hawaii) will be deducted from the refund amount. Credit will be issued after the merchandise is received by Peragon and found to be in new condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for insuring the packages. In the event the returned merchandise is damaged during shipping, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Damaged returns will not be accepted for any kind of refund.

Used merchandise: Merchandise in used condition cannot be returned. We will gladly provide product support with our one year limited warranty.

Tax Policy

You are responsible for taxes levied by your local, state or national government. We collect 6.5% sales tax on orders shipped to Minnesota only. Your state may require that you voluntarily pay sales tax. It is your responsibility to know the requirements of your state. Canadian customers should be aware that FedEx will bill you directly for the taxes, duties and brokerage fees required for shipments to Canada. FedEx collects these amounts on behalf of the Canadian government. Canadian customers must pay the invoice they receive from FedEx. By placing an order to be shipped to Canada, you are authorizing Peragon to charge your credit card for these fees if you do not pay them.
